Wiring harnesses and connection cables for defense applications
We assemble single wires, connection cables and branched wiring harnesses according to your technical documents. Cable types, cross-sections, connectors and pin assignments are matched to your application and the intended installation situation. We take requirements for mechanical stress, temperature, shielding and cable protection into account during technical coordination. Defined cable lengths, prepared connections and clear labelling make assignment and integration into your systems easier.

Electromechanical assemblies to your specifications
SICATRON assembles mechanical and electrical components into prepared assemblies. We join components, integrate assembled cables and carry out the internal wiring according to your drawings and bills of materials. You decide the scope: from individual assembly steps to the fully mounted assembly tested according to an agreed test plan. This reduces your internal assembly work and bundles related manufacturing tasks with one partner.

Assembled switches for your assemblies
We assemble microswitches and position switches with matching cables, contacts and connectors. The design depends on the intended function, the available installation space and your connection requirements. Depending on the requirements, we add suitable insulation, strain relief or potting. You receive prepared switch units that integrate into your assembly processes.

Yes. We review your documents and clarify open technical questions with you before production starts. Samples can also serve as a basis, provided the required manufacturing and test characteristics are clearly defined.
Samples and pilot series can be agreed on a project basis. This allows design, fit and assembly to be checked in your application before series approval.
Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015. If you need specific product or industry-specific evidence beyond that, please mention it in your enquiry. We review the requirements on a project basis.
Customer-supplied material and taking over individual manufacturing and assembly steps are possible by arrangement. We define responsibilities for procurement, material inspection and provision together.
The scope of testing depends on the agreed specification. Depending on the product, visual inspections, electrical tests and defined functional tests can be provided. We agree on the required test reports and scope of documentation in advance.
Drawings, bills of materials, connection diagrams, planned quantities and desired delivery dates are helpful. Please add any special requirements regarding materials, operating conditions, testing, documentation and approvals.
